The Delivery

  1. Navigate to the stop and tap I have arrived when you are at the delivery location

 

 
 

2. Enter comments if needed and confirm the date and time. then tap Confirm

3. Next, tap Confirm products

 
 

4. Tap Go to Scanner to scan the items barcodes.

or

5. Tap on Deliver to us the tap to scan feature. The tap to scan feature will be available for clients that have products that typically don’t have bar codes… i.e. lumber, bricks etc..

6. Aim the camera at the barcode to scan the product(s), tap Done when complete

7. If the barcode is not scanable you can revert to tap to scan (Step 5), if available, or tap the keyboard icon in the lower right hand corner and manually enter the barcode.

 
 

Once all the products have been scanned and delivered the next step is to complete the services.

8. Tap Complete Services.

Answer all the questions in regards to the services and if they have been performed.

Then tap Confirm.
