Save the Sale
- The Service Provider Employee (SPE) must arrive on the app.
2. Once they have confirmed the date and time of their arrival, tap Confirm .
3. Stop level. Before scanning the items, tap Can’t perform.
4. Using the dropdown, select the stop exception type as Cannot Perform stop.
5. Using the dropdown, select the reason for the stop exception.
6. The SPE will enter the reason for the exception, then tap Save the Sale.
7.The SPE will be shown the reason for the call, then tap Proceed to make call.
8. The phone number will be set for the account you are delivering for.
9. Tap the appropriate response of the call.
10. The correct Authorization code must be entered.
11. Once the correct authorization code is entered, the SPE can tap Continue.
12. Once the code is entered, the results of the call can be entered to complete the order.
