Home Screen is your dashboard it  will list all of your routes assigned to you that are either Assigned or In Progress.

Once you complete a route it will disappear from this screen.

 
 

If there are any mass messages that need to be communicated regarding the app they will be posted here.

Here you can chat with a CSR or Manager at the hub.

Chats are by route so be sure your on the correct route if you need to chat with a customer service agent.

Anyone viewing the route can view the chat.

 
 

The Menu contains your information, Driver ID, address, email and phone number along with a log out button

Need Technical help? This button sends an email to technical support. Be sure to include a contact number so someone can reach out to you to assist.

Text size allows you to make the screen text larger

Training links are for training videos or web pages (or PDF documents) if you need help navigating the app.

 

Delivery Screen

At the top of the delivery screen you will see your total number of stops, pickups and delivereis. Remember your total stops will include Service calls and inital pickups

The blue icons when tapped with either populate your phones navigation choices, ie Google maps or open your phone app and populate the customers phone number for you.

The arrow when tapped will open the page with all the details for the delivery

 
 

Delivery Screens

On the delivery details page you will see in the top section the Customers Name and address along with the company we are delivering for and how many products are being delivered

The second section contains your ETA to this location based on drive time and time spent at previous stops. It also contains your delivery time window.

The next sections contains your action buttons. Which include “I have arrived”, “confirm products”, “Send en-route notifications”, and “Complete Services”. These options appear depending on where you are at in the delivery process.

The next section contains any delivery instructions and notes, here you can also write a note that will be added to the order in the delivery system.

When you scroll down you will be provided with more information, including details on the produces, details on the services to be provided, pictures and signatures.
