Pickup from the hub – Details
- When you arrive at the hub and are ready to begin loading click I have arrived
2. Enter any comments you wish to add and tap Confirm
3. Tap Confirm Products
4. Tap Guided Loadout to confirm all products being loaded by customer order
5. Tap Go To Scanner to scan the product barcode or click Pickup to do a tap scan if the product doesnt contain a bar code.
6. Once loadout is complete either via tap to scan or phyiscally scanning click Done
7. Once all items have been confirmed, tap Collect Signature.
8. The stop Summary screen will show you how many items you are about to On board . Tap Next to continue
You will now be instructed to hand the phone to the warehouse or store manager for an approval signature.
10. The warehouse or store managers should confirm the number of items you have loaded on your vehicle.
11. The manager will read the acknowledgement and then click Tap here to sign.
12. Once the manager completes their signature they should tap Done and return the phone to you
14. Enter the managers name and click complete
